Arnold Schwarzenegger & Tai Lopez: Why You Must Think Big: Part I

READ THIS ALL: What a night… “Think big!” I have to say sitting in Arnold Schwarzenegger’s kitchen 💪 talking about life for an hour was one of the most inspirational conversations of my life.

One of my best takeaways for you was “Think big!” He told me, “Tai, don’t listen to the naysayers. They are always there and they just are too afraid to do it themselves.”

He said, “Tai, don’t fear failure much. How far can we really fall? We are all only a few feet from the ground anyway.”

Arnold isn’t perfect but his level of achievement puts him at the highest level in my mind: 7 time Mr. Olympia, multimillionaire before 30, A-list actor, 2 time California governor, and philanthropist.

Whenever people point out the flaws in others I think of the words, “let him who is without sin throw the first stone.”

Arnold told me about his daily routine (he likes to workout on an empty stomach to burn fat), why he doesn’t struggle with procrastination (he feels guilty if he’s just laying around), and that he believes in the power of mentors (his first one was Reg Park).

And he reads non stop so you know I love that📚.

My dad was a pro bodybuilder. I wish he could have been with me last night talking to Arnold. It would have been one of the highlights of his life.

I’ll be posting our full conversation on YouTube and my podcast soon. Please watch for it. Life changing.

Tai Lopez – Live the Good Life | London Real

Tai Lopez is an investor, entrepreneur, author and aspiring renaissance man. When he’s not throwing A-list celebrity parties (Tyler Durden of RSD included) in his Hollywood Hills home he’s chin-wagging with Warren Buffet and Bill Gates at the annual Berkshire Hathaway meeting. Tai reads a book a day and sends his reviews to 1.2 million of his close, close friends. He’s both lived with the Amish for 2 years and started 12 multi-million dollar companies.

And that’s just the warmup. Tai has a 67 step plan you can follow to “Lead the Good Life” which values Health, Wealth, Love and Happiness. He subscribes to Warren Buffet’s #2 man Charlie Munger’s “Concept of Inversion” which instructs you to directly avoid those things that will hurt your chances of success.

He also believes that humans are subject to 25 Cognitive Biases and that Arnold Schwarzeneggar’s concept of “Doing Reps” applies directly to life. He makes a big distinction between Stoics an Epicureans and believe’s the “4-hour Workweek” is for people who are doing something they hate.
