8 Ways To Not Waste Time And Procrastinate

Today I was reading “On the Shortness of Life” by Seneca and I was thinking about one of the 8 ways he says people waste time, “going after no fixed goal.” You must have an end goal. Time is limited, you have to know how to use it properly.

Can you answer these three questions?
1. What is your end game goal?
2. What frivolous activity are you doing?
3. Which area of your life is going to make you more of a philosopher?

Arnold Schwarzenegger & Tai Lopez: Why You Must Think Big: Part I

READ THIS ALL: What a night… “Think big!” I have to say sitting in Arnold Schwarzenegger’s kitchen 💪 talking about life for an hour was one of the most inspirational conversations of my life.

One of my best takeaways for you was “Think big!” He told me, “Tai, don’t listen to the naysayers. They are always there and they just are too afraid to do it themselves.”

He said, “Tai, don’t fear failure much. How far can we really fall? We are all only a few feet from the ground anyway.”

Arnold isn’t perfect but his level of achievement puts him at the highest level in my mind: 7 time Mr. Olympia, multimillionaire before 30, A-list actor, 2 time California governor, and philanthropist.

Whenever people point out the flaws in others I think of the words, “let him who is without sin throw the first stone.”

Arnold told me about his daily routine (he likes to workout on an empty stomach to burn fat), why he doesn’t struggle with procrastination (he feels guilty if he’s just laying around), and that he believes in the power of mentors (his first one was Reg Park).

And he reads non stop so you know I love that📚.

My dad was a pro bodybuilder. I wish he could have been with me last night talking to Arnold. It would have been one of the highlights of his life.

I’ll be posting our full conversation on YouTube and my podcast soon. Please watch for it. Life changing.

Tai Lopez on Money and Happiness with Lewis Howes

Most of the comments on this interview are mixed, some love it and others hate it. For those that aren’t seeing value and find this off putting- know that I do my best in every interview to get people to open up and revel their stories and lessons of how they achieved what they created in their life. I’ve never had someone not open up this much so it was challenging for me but this was all on the topic of masculinity and how money affects us as men. There are some interesting lessons in here and I’d love to hear your thoughts on what you learned based on this in the comments below.

Mark Cuban & Tai Lopez: 19 Lessons From Having A Billionaire Over At The House For 4 Hours

Disclaimer: Results may vary. This cannot be expected or guarantee. This is a case by case for each user.

Self-made billionaires are no joke.

Billionaire Mark Cuban ($3 billion net worth, Shark Tank, Dallas Mavericks owner) dropped by the house today for 4 hours to play some basketball, talk books, and share some future trends to invest in.

I counted how many genius things he told me. It was 19 different points. He’s a damn smart man – one of the most observant and aware people I’ve talked to in a long time.

His reaction when I asked him how it felt to become a billionaire cracked me up, haha.

One powerful point is that you only have to win once. Then everyone will forget your past mistakes. So true…

Listen in and you will see why Mark’s a game-changer.
